APICIL company clause concerning the protection of personal data

ADVIZE company clause regarding the protection of personal data
In the context of Evevest's use of ADVIZE services, certain personal data of users may be processed by the company ADVIZE SOLUTIONS, acting as a subcontractor within the meaning of the GDPR.

What data processing activities are implemented and what are the purposes we pursue?
When you browse the website www.evvest.fr without being logged into our application, Evevest may implement the following processing activities:
Prospect management, including information requests, contact requests and simulations: we process your data in our customer and prospect management tools to track your request and contact details and to best answer your questions or to list the prospects we have identified.
Website management, including data processing for the purpose of improving website content and compiling traffic statistics: we use cookies and other tracking technologies to gain an overview of how our website is used and how it functions. For more information, please consult our cookie policy.
Event (webinar) and resource management: If you have expressed an interest in our activities, we may send you invitations to events we organize and to the resources we make available to you. We process data related to sending invitations, managing event responses, and organizing the event itself. We also process your data when you comment on a blog post by providing your first and last name or username and email address.
Evevest Communications and News Management: We may occasionally send you emails if you have expressed an interest in Evevest (by filling out the contact form, completing a simulation, subscribing to our newsletter, or participating in one of our webinars, etc.). These emails will be infrequent and will contain content that may interest you related to our tool: for example, we may send you invitations to events, ebooks, and blog articles that we are preparing for you. Simulation management: Request for a savings simulation on a financial product. The simulation is used in particular to determine risk appetite profile, but also to determine a financial profile through various types of advisors.
Application management: If you apply for one of the jobs we publish via a job posting platform, we will process your application data (CV) and, in the event of an unsuccessful outcome, will retain your data for two years provided that you do not object when we inform you.

What data does Evevest process about me, and why?
When you contact our services, particularly via the contact form and appointment request, or by using the online chat, you may provide us with personal data such as your name, email address, and the content of your request. We also collect your IP address and cross-reference it with public sources to estimate your geographical area;
When you run a simulation, we collect the following data: your family, professional, and financial situation, including any loans; your financial knowledge; your plans (retirement, savings, purchases, family); your nationality when legally required by the insurer for underwriting; our recommendation; your choice of savings product (life insurance or PER); the type of portfolio; your project and planned contributions; and whether or not you wish to receive your simulation by email. You can provide your email address and phone number to receive your simulation. If you do not, we will not process your personal data.
When you browse our site, we collect information about your use of it through cookies and trackers, such as pages visited, links clicked, your referring web page, the browser used, your operating system, any technical errors you may encounter, and your IP address. We use public sources that allow us to estimate your geographic region based on your IP address;
To keep you informed of our news, subject to your consent, we process the data you provide to us, such as your name and email address, as well as the origin of your interest (contact, registration for an event, request for a demonstration, etc.);
To process your application, we collect the following data: the CV you submitted and the information it contains. Specifically, we process your first and last name, phone number, email address, geographical location, total number of years of professional experience, and details of your experience.
Data retention period
Data relating to marketing activities: Personal data used for managing our customers and prospects will not be kept longer than necessary for managing our business relationship with you and, in any event, not longer than three years from the first contact. If you complete a simulation without requesting a download, we will not process your personal data. If you download it, we may keep it for up to three years from the date of completion, unless you request its deletion.
Data relating to the completion of a simulation: If you download your simulation, we may retain it for up to three years from the date it was completed, unless you request its deletion. If you choose not to retain/download it, we will not process your personal data.
Data relating to the organization of events: We will keep this data for the duration of your registration for our event news and will delete it as soon as you unsubscribe, with the exception of data necessary to prove a transaction that may occur if you purchase a ticket for one of our events.
Data relating to audience measurement statistics: Information stored in users' terminals or any other element used to identify users and enabling their tracking or visits will not be kept for more than 14 months.
Data relating to your application: If you apply to Evevest and your application is unsuccessful, we will keep your data in our CV database for two years so that we can contact you about a position that might be a better fit, provided you do not object when we inform you. You can object to the retention of your data for this purpose at any time.
Legal obligations
We may disclose your information, including your IP address, in order to comply with any law, regulation, court order or other legal request to protect persons and property, to resolve technical issues or to protect the rights or property of Evevest.
Anonymized statistical data
We may share or disclose statistical data that will be systematically anonymized beforehand, such as the number of users who have visited a specific page.

Right of access
You have the right to access the data concerning you processed by Evevest. This allows you to see the data we hold about you and, if you wish, to request a copy.

Under applicable data protection regulations, you may request that we correct any inaccurate personal data concerning you. You may also request that incomplete personal data concerning you be completed, including by providing a supplementary statement.
Right to erasure
Within the limits of your employer's legal obligations to retain data or our legal obligations, you have the right to obtain the erasure, as soon as possible, of personal data concerning you, subject to our legitimate interest or any legal obligation requiring us to retain it.
Right to restriction of processing
You can request Evevest to limit the processing of your data when one of the following applies:
a) You contest the accuracy of the personal data concerning you. In this case, we will mask the data concerning you for a period enabling us to verify its accuracy;
b) you believe that the processing of your data is carried out unlawfully and you object to its erasure but instead demand the limitation of its use;
c) we no longer need your personal data for the purposes of processing but this data is still necessary for you to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim;
